Terms of Service

Last updated: April 21, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Cride platform ("Service") operated by Cride ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

The Service may not be available to residents of certain jurisdictions where the purchase or trading of cryptographic tokens is prohibited or restricted by law. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the Service complies with applicable local laws.

2. Identity Verification

Access to certain features — including purchasing CRD tokens — requires completing a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process through our third-party provider, Didit. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during verification. Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent suspension of your access.

We reserve the right to decline or revoke access to users who fail identity verification or who we reasonably suspect of fraudulent activity.

3. CRD Tokens

4. Cride NFT

Each wallet may mint one non-transferable Cride identity NFT. The NFT links your verified identity to your wallet address on-chain. It cannot be transferred, sold, or delegated. If you lose access to your wallet you will not be able to recover the NFT.

5. Fees and Costs

You are responsible for all Ethereum network gas fees associated with on-chain transactions. The NFT mint fee and any applicable service fees are displayed in the UI before you confirm a transaction. All fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on-chain.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

SMART CONTRACTS MAY CONTAIN BUGS OR VULNERABILITIES. YOU INTERACT WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS DUE TO SMART CONTRACT FAILURES, NETWORK ISSUES, OR USER ERROR.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRIDE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cride and its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update or upgrade the smart contracts via the Safe multisig governance process. We will endeavour to communicate significant changes in advance where feasible.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law in your region.
